At present, the polymer degradable raw materials made by homopolymerization or copolymerization of degradable monomer materials (such as PGA, PLA, PLLA, PCL, PPDO, TMC, etc.) in the medical field have been widely used in the medical industry in the world, and have obtained certification in China, the United States, and Europe, and many related products have been approved for listing.

However, most of the relevant medical-grade raw materials are made by companies in Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and almost all the raw materials currently used in China are imported.

In addition to some laboratory raw material products, China has a shortage of domestically produced medical-grade raw materials in the true sense. This is main direction we are studying and working hard on: high-quality domestic substitution with the goal of full-process industrialized production. Meanwhile, we believe that many other companies are also making localization attempts. We hope to work together and make joint efforts to make progress together in the industrial upgrading of domestic substitution.
